We’re on the lookout for a Leasing Coordinator / ERP Specialist who’s ready to wear a few hats and help us manage equipment leasing and ERP deployments for our clients. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from the comfort of your home (or anywhere you feel productive), save on commuting, and focus on delivering results.

Requirements

We’re not hung up on years of experience, but we do need someone who’s proven they can deliver results.

  • A track record of success in equipment leasing, ERP systems, or logistics coordination.

    • Tell us about the workflows you streamlined, projects you led, or problems you solved.

  • Strong organizational skills—you know how to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

  • Great communication skills—you can work with people from all backgrounds and make complex ideas sound simple.

  • A love for problem-solving and a drive to make things better.


If you’ve got experience with ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, that’s a bonus. If not, show us you’re a quick learner ready to dive in!

What You'll Do

Leasing Management:

  • Handle everything from tracking inventory to managing lease agreements.

  • Make sure equipment gets to where it needs to be. On time and in great condition.


ERP System Support:

  • Help configure and maintain ERP systems tailored to client needs.

  • Provide support and training to ensure everyone gets the most out of the system.


Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan and track shipments, clear customs, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Work with external providers to keep things moving seamlessly.


Process Optimization:

  • Spot areas where we can do better, then help make it happen.

  • Build workflows that save time and keep our clients happy.


Client Support:

  • Be the go-to person for clients who have questions or need support.

  • Build great relationships by delivering exceptional service every time.
