We’re looking for an Admin / Finance Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly while supporting both our client-specific projects and internal company needs. Requirements

We’re not looking for a set number of years of experience, but we do need someone who’s proven they can handle administrative and financial responsibilities effectively.


Here’s what we value:

  • Track record of success in administrative or financial roles. Demonstrated experience around handling AP, AR, RFQ, and Payroll.

  • Strong attention to detail—you’re someone who catches things others might miss.

  • Great organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.

  • Strong communication skills—you’re confident interacting with clients and internal teams.

  • Familiarity with accounting especially Quickbooks.

  • A mindset focused on problem-solving and improving processes.

  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What You'll Do

Payroll and Financial Management:

  • Assist with payroll processing and manage accounts payable/receivable.

  • Keep financial records organized and accurate for both client projects and internal operations.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to ensure operations run smoothly.

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling as needed.


Data Management:

  • Maintain and organize records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Support financial reporting and compliance requirements.


Client and Team Coordination:

  • Liaise with clients and team members to support project-related tasks.

  • Be the go-to person for administrative and operational queries.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in administrative and financial workflows and suggest improvements.
